Breath-by-breath gas exchange is measured under controlled load, alongside heart rate dynamics and ventilatory thresholds.
The result is not a single number. It is a description of how the system produces, sustains and recovers capacity.

Red & Near-Infrared Light
Photobiomodulation uses defined wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to influence cellular processes associated with energy metabolism, signalling and recovery.
Within AETHYRIA, photobiomodulation may form part of an individually selected recovery or performance strategy.
Technology selection may vary by location and programme.

At AETHYRIA, cold is not used as a universal prescription. Its application depends on individual context, tolerance and recovery capacity.
